Where to send the goods?

ATTENTION - only goods that have an intact security packaging can be returned or exchanged.

VISIOFOG - the security packaging must not be opened

VISIODRY - if the product is used, it will be assessed, and the returned amount will be reduced

VISIOCRYSTAL - if the product is used, it will be assessed, and the returned amount will be reduced

Please send the goods you wish to return or exchange to the store (warehouse) address.

Do not send to any other address (the goods will not be accepted). Once we receive the goods from you,

it will be exchanged or the money will be refunded to your account.

Please include the completed yellow form that you received with the invoice in the package.
