I. Basic Provisions

  1. The controller of personal data under Article 4, point 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is Corsa Tech s.r.o., Company ID 03326683, with its registered office at V Zátiší 810/1, Ostrava, 70900 (hereinafter referred to as the "controller").

  1. Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
  2. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data obtained based on fulfilling your order.
  2. The controller processes your identification and contact information as well as data necessary for fulfilling the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

  1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
  • the performance of a contract between you and the controller under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (in particular, for sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (in particular, for sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, in cases where no goods or services have been ordered.
  1. The purpose of processing personal data is:
  • to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data is required to successfully fulfill the order (name, address, contact), and providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and performing the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to fulfill it,
  • to send commercial communications and perform other marketing activities.
  1. The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Such processing occurs only with your explicit consent.

IV. Retention Period of Data

  1. The controller stores personal data:
  • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship),
  • for the period until consent to processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than … years if the personal data is processed based on consent.
  1. After the retention period expires, the controller will delete personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller's Subcontractors)

  1. The recipients of personal data are:
  • persons involved in delivering goods/services/payment processing based on a contract,
  • persons providing e-shop operation services and related services,
  • persons providing marketing services.
  1. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

VI. Your Rights

  1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
  • access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
  • correct personal data under Article 16 GDPR or restrict processing under Article 18 GDPR,
  • have personal data erased under Article 17 GDPR,
  • object to processing under Article 21 GDPR, and
  • data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
  • withdraw consent to processing at any time in writing or electronically at the controller's address or email specified in Article III of these conditions.

These terms are effective as of May 25, 2018.
